Miller + York is a mixed-use property in Charlotte’s LoSo neighborhood. Our goal was to brand the property in a differentiating way, attracting new residents and encouraging lease sign-ups upon completion in 2022.
Caroline’s Corner
By creating Caroline’s Corner, the Comly family sought to honor their deceased infant daughter, celebrate Novant Health’s excellent care, and bring comfort to parents and physicians in the Pediatric ICU. With playful, looping type that shapes a gentle sheep, the logo brings joy and light to families experiencing dark days.
